Returns
Thank you for shopping with us--we truly appreciate your patronage!

If you'd like to make a return, please send back any unused items within 30 days of receipt.* We will issue a prompt credit to your account when your return is received. To return products purchased from our website or via phone:

Place your item(s) in a secure package, removing or covering any labels on the package. Please ship your return along with your order number (on the top left of your invoice) to the address below. Packages must be shipped pre-paid.

Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, please send back any unused items within 45 days of receipt.* Follow the Returns process above and place a note with the desired style(s) and size(s) to be exchanged. Once the items are received, the exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 Business Days.

*Special Notes
-Original shipping fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged or defective.
-Return credit for used products will not be issued unless the product was defective.
-International orders are not eligible for free exchanges. Shipping fees may apply. -Orders with confirmed delivered USPS tracking information are ineligible for refund due to a lost package. However, we'll work our best to make sure you receive your items!
