Returns
We have a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase or delivery, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, return, or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, odor-free, have all original tags attached, and be returned in the original brand packaging.
To complete your return, you will need a receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Costs
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning an item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item valued at more than $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and/or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Please allow up to 10 business days for us to fully process your return after it has been received.
Damages, Defects, and Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately at info@playersunderwear.com if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-Returnable Items and Final Sale Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, or plants; custom products such as special orders or personalized items; and personal care goods such as beauty products.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
In the case of an exchange, please send back any unused items within 45 days of receipt. * Follow the Returns process above and place a note with the desired style(s) and size(s) to be exchanged. Once the items are received, the exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 Business Days.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason and without justification at any time before your order has been fulfilled.
Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you have the right to return your order within 14 days from the date the last item in your order is delivered.
To qualify for a return under this policy, the item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, unwashed, odor-free, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
