How do I return an item?

For exchanges, please return the unused item within 45 days and include a note with the desired size or style. The exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 business days once received.
Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?
Yes, used products cannot be returned unless defective. Original shipping fees are also non-refundable unless the product is damaged or defective.
What if my package is lost in transit?
If your package shows delivered but you didn’t receive it, we cannot issue a refund. However, we will work to ensure you receive your items.
