Although you may be disappointed with a particular garment, we don’t want you to be disappointed with Players Underwear, and want you to feel confident we’ll take care of any issue. 

Our returns and exchanges are like our underwear: smooth!


If you'd like to make a return, please send back any unused items within 30 days of receipt.* Simply visit our Returns Center and input the requested information. A United States Postal Service (USPS) label will be provided for you at the lowest-cost commercial rate. 

Place your item(s) in a secure package, removing or covering any old labels on the package, and sealing it. Simply print the provided USPS label and place it on the sealed package. Your local mail person will be able to receive that package without you ever leaving your home!

Once the items are received, the refund will be processed within 3 Business Days.

An email notification will be sent once your return has been processed if you provided an email address at the time of order.


In the case of an exchange, please send back any unused items within 30 days of receipt.* Follow the Returns process above and place a note with the desired style(s) and size(s) to be exchanged. Once the items are received, the exchange will be processed and shipped within 3 Business Days.



-Original shipping fees are not refundable unless your item(s) were damaged or defective.

-Return credit for used products will not be issued unless the product was defective.

-International orders are not eligible for exchanges.

How do I process a return?

  • Visit our Returns Center
  • Enter your order number and email address
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

What items are returnable? 

  • Any item within 30 days from the date of purchase
  • The items must be unused and in re-sellable condition

The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 30 days of the delivered date.

Can the items be exchanged?

Yes, we allow the exchange of purchased items. We do ask customers to cover the cost of shipping back to our warehouse. Once the exchange request is approved, the replaced item will be shipped to you free of charge.

What are the refund options?

The following refund options are supported:

  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Refund to store credit (if applicable)

How do I ship back the items?

How soon will I get my refund?
